Tele-Consultation

45 minutes - 1 hour

Teleconsultation will be done through a video call. Our experienced therapist will be with you for 40-60minutes. You will firstly be guided through a series of questions pertaining to your pet's injury / condition. After which, to guide you on a series of assessment methods and manipulation that is safe to perform to find out the necessary information for us to give you a clear understanding on your animal's condition and what is the best way forward.

 

If additional abnormalities are discovered, you will be informed immediately. From there, a personalised recovery plan will be developed which includes tailored exercises, electrotherapy, phototherapy, massage, stretches and diet plan. Through the comprehensive consultation, you will be equipped with essential self-management and treatment techniques that you can carry out on your own. Clients often feedbacked that they learn a lot about their pet's body through the teleconsultation due to the guided hands on experience. Service is available for but limited to dogs, cats, horses, rabbits

Get a referral form from your Vet

 

You can download the vet referral form from our website or request a copy from us. Simply have the vet to fill up the details and send it to us via email/Whatsapp.

Arrange for a comprehensive consultation with us

 

The comprehensive consultation will consist of a full physical assessment. Together with the referral form and the questionnaire, our therapist will design a customised program that is suitable for your pet’s unique condition.

Rehab journey begins!

 

Our therapist will be there with you throughout the journey and constantly educating you on the condition of your pet and what is the best way to provide care for him/her. You wont’s have to feel lost again!
